ગુજરાત એટલે દેશના મુગુટસમો રળિયામણો અને હરિયાળો પ્રદેશ અને સહકારી પ્રવૃત્તિઓનું જાણે યાત્રાધામ. ભારત સ્વતંત્ર થયું તે પહેલાંથી સહકારી પ્રવૃત્તિના ક્ષેત્રે ગુજરાત મોખરાનું સ્થાન ધરાવતું હતું. ને આજે પણ તે દેશની સહકારી પ્રવૃત્તિના મુગુટસમ શોભી રહ્યું છે. આ વેબ સાઈટમાં સમગ્ર ગુજરાતની સહકારી પ્રવૃતિયોની ઝાંખી કરાવવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરીશું. ગુજરાતનાં ગામેગામની દૂધ મંડળી, સેવા સહકારી મંડળી તથા ક્રેડીટ સોસાયટીની વિગતવાર માહિતીને દુનિયાભરના ગુજરાતીઓ સમક્ષ રજુ કરવાનો આ નમ્ર પ્રયાસ છે. આપણે દરેક ગામની સહકારી મંડળીની સંપૂર્ણ વિગતો કોમ્પ્યુટર અને ઈન્ટરનેટ મારફતે સમગ્ર જગત સામે રજુ કરીશું. આમાં દરેક મંડળીની પ્રગતિના વરસો વરસના આંકડા, મંડળીની વ્યવસ્થાપક સમિતીના દરેક સભ્ય તથા કર્મચારી ગણના રંગીન ફોટા સાથેના પરિચય આપવાની ગણતરી છે. એટલું જ નહીં પણ આ બધી માહિતી વરસો સુધી દુનિયાભરના વાંચકોને માટે ઉપલબ્ધ રહે તેવી સંગ્રહ અને જાળવણી કરવામાં આવશે. આ બધું કામ ઘણી જહેમત અને ઘણો સમય માગી લે તેવું છે. પણ પ્રોજેક્ટ ગુજરાતના આયોજકો આ ભગીરથ કાર્ય માટે કટીબધ્ધ છે. આ કામ લગભગ બે વર્ષમાં પૂરુ કરવાની નેમ છે. આપના સહકારને સથવારે અમે આ ધ્યેયને પહોંચી શકીશું એવી અમને શ્રધ્ધા છે. એક વિનંતિ જ્યારે પ્રોજેક્ટ ગુજરાતના અધિકારી કે કર્મચારી આપના ગામમાં આવે ત્યારે તેમને પૂરતાં સહકાર અને માહિતી આપશો તો આપના ગામની સહકારી મંડળીની ખ્યાતિ દુનિયાભરમાં પ્રસરાવીશું એ અમારું વચન છે.
